Who Is Omni
Omni is the unified AI assistant inside Omnovo. Here is what they do, what they cannot do, and how they fit with the rest of your account.

Omni is the unified AI assistant inside your Omnovo account. They handle the synthesis work — writing, drafting, designing, explaining — while the rest of the platform handles the orchestration. Think of Omni as a knowledgeable team member who is on call 24/7 and only ever does what you approve.
What Omni Does
Omni is one consistent voice across your whole experience. Behind the scenes, several specialized models do the heavy lifting (one for brand work, one for site copy, one for social posts, one for review replies, one for analytics narratives). You never have to think about which one is which — you just talk to Omni.
| You ask | Omni does |
|---|---|
| ”Write me 4 social posts for May” | Drafts 4 platform-tailored posts against your Brand Bible, queues them for approval |
| ”Reply to that 1-star review” | Drafts a calm, accountable reply matched to the review content |
| ”Add a financing banner to my home page” | Generates the section, shows you a preview, queues it for approval |
| ”Why are my leads down this month?” | Pulls your numbers, gives you a plain-English explanation |
| ”What is in my Brand Bible?” | Walks you through your voice, values, taglines, and palette |
| ”Make my site sound less corporate” | Proposes voice tweaks to your Brand Bible, queues for approval |
| ”What’s pending right now?” | Shows you everything in your approval queue |
What Omni Does Not Do
Omni is the synthesis layer, not the orchestration layer. That is by design — it keeps things safe and predictable.
| Omni does NOT | Why |
|---|---|
| Make billing changes | Plan changes, refunds, payment methods — those go through Settings, not Omni |
| Publish without approval | Until you turn on the autonomy dial, every Omni edit waits for your tap |
| Touch other businesses’ data | Omni only sees your tenant. They literally cannot see another customer |
| Write code or change architecture | Omni edits content and styling within Omnovo’s tested component library, not custom code |
| Make decisions you have not authorized | Omni proposes; you decide |
| Remember things across sessions if you have not saved them | Long-term memory lives in your Brand Bible, your settings, and your approved content. Chat history is conversational, not authoritative |
How Omni Talks
Omni’s voice is your voice — once your Brand Bible is approved, Omni speaks in your tone. Before that, Omni defaults to the Omnovo house voice: capable, warm, direct. No marketing jargon, no robot energy, no padding.
Omni will tell you when they are uncertain. If something needs your call — a fork in the road, a fact they cannot infer, a permission decision — they will ask. They will not pretend.
Where Omni Lives
- Floating chat in the dashboard — bottom-right corner, every authenticated page
- In approval emails — when you reply to an approval email, that goes to Omni
- In the onboarding wizard — Omni is the conversational layer that walks you through the first 30 minutes
Privacy
Everything Omni knows about you comes from:
- The data you provide during onboarding
- Your existing website content (one-time crawl)
- Your Google Business Profile and connected accounts (if you connected them)
- Your approved Brand Bible
- Your conversations with Omni
We do not use your data to train models. We do not share your data with other customers. We do not sell your data. Period.
When To Talk To Omni vs. Email Support
- Use Omni for: content edits, site changes, Brand Bible refinements, approval questions, “how does this work” questions about Omnovo features.
- Email support@omnovo.com for: billing disputes, things you suspect are bugs, custom requests outside Omni’s scope, just saying hi.
