Understanding Your Brand Bible

What your Brand Bible is, what it contains, and how to review, approve, and refine it from your dashboard.

What Is Your Brand Bible?

Your Brand Bible is the playbook that controls how everything Omnovo creates for you sounds and looks. Your website copy, your social posts, your review replies, your monthly Growth Report — all of it gets generated against your Brand Bible. Get this right, and everything downstream sounds like you.

Every piece of content Omnovo creates for you is guided by your Brand Bible. It is what makes your content sound like you, not like a generic template.

How It Gets Made

Your Brand Bible is not guesswork. Our AI analyzes real data about your business:

  • Your existing reviews — what customers already say about you, the language they use, the qualities they praise
  • Your current web presence — if you have an existing website or social profiles, we study them to understand your current voice and messaging
  • Your competitors — we look at how other businesses in your area and industry present themselves, so we can help you stand out
  • Your business info — the details you provide during onboarding — services, service area, specialties, years in business

All of this feeds into a brand strategy that is unique to your business.

Review and Approval

When your Brand Bible is ready, you will get an email and a dashboard notification. It appears in your Approvals inbox.

When reviewing, you can:

  • Approve — everything looks good. We will use this to generate your website and content.
  • Reject — leave an optional reason for what is off. We feed that reason straight to the AI as context for the next try, and regenerate.

Most customers approve on the first or second draft. Take your time — your Brand Bible shapes everything that follows, so it is worth making sure it captures your business accurately.

Regenerating It Later

Your Brand Bible is not frozen. Head to the Brand page in your dashboard (/brand) and click Regenerate Brand Identity any time you need a fresh version. This is useful if:

  • Your business has evolved and the original no longer fits
  • You want to shift your brand voice or positioning
  • You have added new services or expanded your service area

Each regeneration analyzes your latest data, so it will reflect any new reviews, updated business info, or market changes since the last version. Like the first draft, the regenerated version routes through the same approve / reject flow before anything downstream uses it.

Pro Tip

If something we publish ever sounds a little off — a phrase you would not use, a tone that feels wrong — fix it at the Brand Bible level, not at the individual post level. One Brand Bible refinement saves you from correcting the same drift over and over in every approval.
