Available Plans
Omnovo offers three plans designed for different stages of your business. Every plan bills monthly and carries a 6-month minimum term (see Minimum Term below).
| Plan | Monthly | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| One-Pager | $49/mo | Businesses that need a single professional page and basic online presence |
| Full Site | $79/mo | Businesses that want a full multi-page website with their own Brand Bible and monthly content updates |
| Whole Presence | $149/mo | Businesses that want the full suite — everything in Full Site plus review monitoring, AI-drafted review replies, and weekly content updates |
Every plan includes domain registration, hosting, content updates, call tracking, and a monthly performance report.
For a detailed breakdown of what’s included in each plan, visit our pricing page.
Minimum Term
Every Omnovo plan carries a 6-month minimum term starting from your sign-up date. Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not offer self-serve cancellation before your minimum term ends — email support@omnovo.com if your circumstances change and you need to cancel early. Once your minimum term has passed, you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee may apply to your account. If it does, the amount is shown at checkout before you pay. The setup fee covers initial onboarding, Brand Bible generation, website copy and page generation, and site deployment.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Managing Your Payment Method
To update your payment method or change your billing details:
- Log in to your Omnovo Dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage in Stripe — this opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab
- Update your card or billing info there
Changes take effect immediately and apply to your next billing cycle.
Billing Cycle
Your subscription renews monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You’ll receive an email receipt from Stripe after each payment.
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You’ll keep your current plan’s features until then.
What Happens If a Payment Fails
If your card is declined, we do not pull the plug. Here’s the full sequence:
- Day 1 — payment fails, you get a reminder email with a link to update your card
- Day 7 — second reminder email
- Day 10 — final notice email
- Day 14 — grace period ends. If the card is still not updated, your site is paused (visitors see a temporary holding page)
- Day 30 — if still unpaid, the full delete schedule begins
You can update your card at any point before Day 30 to resume service immediately. Click Manage in Stripe from Settings → Billing to update your payment method.
Cancellation
Once your 6-month minimum term has passed, you can cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal:
- Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
- Click Manage in Stripe
- In the Stripe portal, click Cancel subscription
- Confirm
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have full access until then. To cancel before your minimum term ends, email support@omnovo.com.
After Cancellation
- Your website remains live through the end of your paid period
- We automatically generate exports of your site, content, and customer data. Download links are valid for 7 days.
- Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, then permanently deleted
Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on subscription fees. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
To request a refund, email legal@omnovo.com and we’ll process it within a few business days. There is no self-serve refund flow in the dashboard yet — email is the path.
