Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the Omnovo platform and related services (the "Services") provided by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC ("Omnovo," "we," or "us"). This policy forms part of the Omnovo Terms of Service. We want you to be confident in your decision to use Omnovo, so we keep our refund terms straightforward.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason, you may cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up and receive a full refund of subscription fees paid. No questions asked. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at sign-up within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
2. Refunds After 30 Days
If you cancel your subscription after the initial 30-day period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused time in your current billing period. Fees for any partial month already used at the time of cancellation are not refundable. The pro-rated refund is calculated from the date Omnovo processes the cancellation through the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Setup Fees
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the getting started process has begun. Getting started is considered to have begun when any of the following has occurred: your website has been generated, Your Brand has been created, or your business profile scan has started. If you cancel before any setup work has been performed, the setup fee will be refunded in full.
4. Domain Registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Domain purchases are third-party pass-through costs processed through our registrar partner (Porkbun) and cannot be reversed once the domain has been registered. If you cancel your Omnovo subscription, you retain ownership of any domains registered on your behalf, and Omnovo will assist with transferring DNS management to you or your chosen provider as part of the offboarding process.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email legal@omnovo.com (or billing@omnovo.com) to request a refund. Include your account email and, optionally, a brief reason for the request. We will respond within 5 to 10 business days and process eligible refunds via Stripe back to your original payment method (typically 5 to 10 business days for funds to settle, depending on your bank or card issuer).
6. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on file. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 1 to 5 business days after processing.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at billing@omnovo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly, and working with us directly is typically faster than the chargeback process.
8. Changes to this Policy
Omnovo may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email to the account contact. Changes will not retroactively affect refund requests submitted before the change took effect.
