Your First 30 Minutes With Omnovo
What to expect when you sign up — from checkout to a live website. No homework, no learning curve.

You bought Omnovo. Now what? Short answer: not much. You hand us a few details, we do the work, you approve what we made. Here is exactly how that goes.
The Short Version
In about 30 minutes you will have:
- A workspace tied to your business
- A connected Google Business Profile (if you have one)
- A Brand Bible — the playbook that controls how every piece of your content sounds
- A live website at your own domain (or a temporary preview URL while DNS catches up)
- A first batch of social posts and review-reply drafts queued for your review
You do none of the writing, designing, or building. You do the approving.
The 7-Step Onboarding Wizard
After you sign up, the wizard walks you through seven steps. You can pause and resume any time — your magic link works for 7 days.
1. Create your workspace
Pick the name your workspace will use across the dashboard. This is the home for everything Omnovo builds for you.
2. Setup fee (if applicable)
If a one-time setup fee applies to your account, the amount is shown here before you pay. If it does not apply, this step is skipped automatically.
3. Business profile
A guided form — about 4 minutes — collects the basics: business name, services, service area, hours, locations, and your existing website if you have one. You can skip anything you are not sure about and come back to it.
4. Domain
Choose how customers will find you. Register a new domain through us, connect one you already own via a guided CNAME, or start with a temporary preview URL while you figure it out. Full details in Setting Up Your Custom Domain.
5. Connect providers
Link your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X. None of these are required — but the more we can read, the more your Brand Bible sounds like you.
6. Start ingestion
We crawl your existing site, pull your Google Business Profile if you connected it, and read what is publicly out there. This is where we learn your real voice — the way you actually talk to customers — instead of guessing.
7. Upload media
Drop in any logos, photos, or branded assets you want us to use. Optional — we will pull what we can find on our own if you skip it.
What Happens After the Wizard
Omni walks you through what they need
Omni is your AI assistant inside Omnovo. They open the conversation, ask the few things we cannot infer from your data, and explain what is about to happen. Plain language. No forms-within-forms.
Watch It Build
A live page shows your site coming together: brand colors get extracted, your voice profile materializes, your tagline slides into place, pages get drafted. You can sit and watch or close the tab and let the email tell you when it is ready.
Approve the Brand Bible
When the Brand Bible is ready, you will get an email and a dashboard notification. One tap to approve, or leave a note about what is off and we regenerate it. The first time you see your finished Brand Bible is meant to feel like a gift, not a form to fill out.
Your site goes live
We deploy to Cloudflare’s global edge network. If you bought a domain through us, DNS is handled. If you brought your own, we walk you through the one DNS change you need to make.
What You Get In The Inbox After
- A “Your website is live” email — Google yourself, it feels good
- The first batch of social posts to approve, when applicable to your plan
- The first review-reply drafts, when applicable
- A welcome drip over the next 30 days that explains the parts you did not need to touch yet
What If Something Goes Wrong
It mostly does not, but if it does: email support@omnovo.com. Peter reads every message during the early-customer phase. You will not get a ticket number and a chatbot.
