Pricing and Plan Changes

How upgrading and downgrading works, when changes take effect, and what add-ons are available.

Three plans, all monthly. Annual billing saves 20% across the board. You can change plans any time — the upgrade is instant, the downgrade rolls in at the next billing cycle.

Upgrading

Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing → Change Plan. The upgrade is instant:

  1. Stripe prorates the cost of the rest of your current period at the new plan rate
  2. New features unlock immediately (Brand Bible if you came from Starter, more social posts, more locations, etc.)
  3. Your next invoice will reflect the new plan price

If you upgrade from Starter to Growth and you do not yet have a Brand Bible, we generate one for you on the spot. It hits your approval queue within an hour, and once approved, your existing site copy can be regenerated against it (your choice — ask Omni).

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately. You keep all your current features through the end of the period you already paid for.

  1. Settings → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Pick the lower plan
  3. We show you exactly what you lose, and when
  4. Confirm

When the downgrade kicks in:

  • Pro → Growth: weekly site updates become monthly, you keep one location
  • Pro → Starter: Brand Bible is archived (not deleted — we can restore it later if you upgrade back), social and review services pause, site continues to run
  • Growth → Starter: same Brand Bible archive, social and reviews pause

We do not delete content when you downgrade. Your archived Brand Bible, your old social posts, your review history — all of that is preserved. If you upgrade later, it comes right back.

Add-Ons

Add-ons are optional bundles you can stack onto any plan:

Add-onPriceWhat it does
Extra Social Posts (8/mo)$29/moAdds 8 social posts to your monthly quota
Extra Review Replies (25/mo)$19/moAdds 25 review replies beyond your plan default
Multi-Location Support (3 extra)$49/moAdds 3 location slots (Pro only)
Priority Onboarding (setup call)$99 one-timeA 30-minute kickoff call with Peter

Manage add-ons from Settings → Billing → Add-ons. Adding one is instant; removing one takes effect next cycle.

Switching Between Monthly and Annual

You can switch billing cadence any time from Settings → Billing.

  • Monthly → Annual: instant, prorated. We bill you the annual amount minus any unused portion of your current month.
  • Annual → Monthly: takes effect at the end of your current annual term. We do not refund the unused portion of an annual term.

Pausing Instead Of Downgrading

If you are seasonal and you do not want to lose your features, pause instead of downgrade. Pausing is on Growth and Pro plans, and it freezes your subscription without losing your data or features. Resume any time. See Cancelling and exporting.

Trial Plans During Setup

Some onboarding flows put you on a trialing plan while we wait for the first Stripe charge to clear. You see all your plan features during trialing — there is no “trial mode” with reduced functionality. Once the first invoice is paid, billing flips to active and nothing changes on your end.

What If A Payment Fails

If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we move you into a 14-day grace period. Your site stays live, everything keeps running. You will get a payment_reminder notification with a link to update the card.

If 14 days pass without payment, your site is unpublished (taken offline) and your subscription pauses. Your data is preserved. Pay the open invoice and your site comes right back up.

We do not charge late fees and we do not delete anything for nonpayment.

Hidden / Custom Plans

You may occasionally see references to plans that are not on the public pricing page. These are bundle plans we offer to specific verticals or referral partners. They show up in your billing settings if you signed up through one of those channels — they are flagged as such and behave like a regular plan with custom feature flags.

If you are on a custom plan and want to switch to a public plan, you can do that from Settings → Billing. Switching to a public plan is permanent — you cannot move back to the custom plan once you leave it.
