What is this?

If you are an Omnovo customer with an OmniSite (a website built and hosted by Omnovo), your website includes a lead or contact form that collects personal information from your visitors — typically name, email address, phone number, and a message. Under privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and various US state privacy statutes, your privacy policy should disclose that a third-party service provider processes this data on your behalf.

The paragraph below is a ready-to-use disclosure clause you can copy and paste into your business's own privacy policy. It identifies Omnovo (operated by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC) as a data processor, describes the categories of personal data collected, and links to our Data Processing Agreement for further detail.

• Omnovo customers whose OmniSite has a contact or lead form.
• Any business using Omnovo that collects end-customer (homeowner, prospect) personal information through its Omnovo-hosted website.

We use Omnovo, a service provided by Bluegrass Digital Advantage LLC, to power the contact and lead forms on our website. When you submit a form on our website, the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, and message — is transmitted to and processed by Omnovo on our behalf. Omnovo acts as a data processor and processes this information solely to deliver your inquiry to us and to help us manage our customer communications. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. Omnovo's handling of personal data is governed by its Data Processing Agreement, available at https://omnovo.com/legal/dpa.
